Run a Boris with your own team: surface the goals your team actually shares — and the tradeoffs behind them. Every participant lists goals and non-goals, ranks their own goals against a sacrifice line, and the team converges on one collective ranking with a sacrifice line the lead sets. You leave with a recallable record of what the team will pursue, what it will sacrifice, and who signed on to each goal — comparable against your next run.

Boris only works for people who want it to work.

How it runs

• One live session, entirely online: your whole team on a video call (Zoom or equivalent) alongside the product. Never hybrid. Members join on laptops.
• You facilitate it yourself — there is no outside facilitator and no setup help needed. The product's structure carries the method; a playbook tells you what to do.
• Small team (up to 10 participants, you included): 170 minutes. Large team (11–16 participants): 195 minutes.

• Small team — $150 per run.

• 4-pack (a year of quarterly runs), small — $450.

• 4-pack, large — $1,050.
  Buy the large 4-pack — $1,050

Tier is fixed at purchase and the capacity cap is hard. If your team grows, upgrade an unconsumed small credit to large from your dashboard for $200.

Worth knowing before you buy

• A paused session must be resumed within 24 hours; after that it is abandoned — you keep a partial record, and the run is consumed.
